Bill Anderson Dime Bank
Thank you to Bill Anderson of Dime Bank for joining us as our September Rise & Shine presenter!
Bill Anderson is an experienced mortgage professional with over 35 years of leadership in the financial services industry. For almost 25 years, he worked for Savings Institute Bank & Trust and also worked at a mortgage company before returning to community banking in 2025. Based in Dime’s Glastonbury office, his number one goal is to ensure that you understand your options and feel comfortable with the loan you choose to buy the home of your dreams. He also helps you take advantage of the equity in the home through a Home Equity Line of Credit or Home Equity Loan. These products provide money from the equity in the property. Clients are using these funds to renovate their home versus buying a new one, consolidating debt that is at a higher interest rate, paying for tuition, or buying another home with a cash offer. As part of a local community bank, he’s here to make the entire mortgage process as smooth and easy as possible, from application to closing. You’ll receive continuous updates on your loan, and he’ll always be available to provide the support you will need to succeed.

Mortgages are only part of the conversation.
Bill also discussed how a Home Equity Line of Credit or Home Equity Loan can help homeowners put their existing equity to work.

Thank you, Bill, for a great morning of conversation, information and connection!
